In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Mr. Leslie Warren Maasdorp will step down as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and
Debt Officer of New Development Bank with effect from 7 July 2024 following the expiration of his term.

The process for the appointment of Mr. Maasdorp's successor is underway and noteholders will be kept
