Limited, issued under its Structured Note Programme, has been
amended for the updated Aggregate Nominal Amount as follows:
References to the previous Aggregate Nominal Amount and
Calculation Amount reflecting an amount of ZAR100,000,000 have
been deleted and replaced with an updated amount of
ZAR106,000,000 in the Applicable Pricing Supplement. These
amendments are effective 24 April 2024.
The remainder of the terms of the Applicable Pricing Supplement
remain unchanged.
