PASSING OF THE FOUNDER OF LABAT
It is with deep regret and sadness that the Labat board of directors (the "Board") wishes
to inform shareholders of the passing of its founder, Mr Victor Labat, the founder of
Labat, on 23 April 2024.
The directors wish to extend their sincere condolences to Mr Labat's family, the staff at
Labat, his colleagues and friends in this difficult time.
