CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Wilhelm Hölscher has resigned
as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from 28 June 2024.
The Board would like to thank Wilhelm for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer in due
course.
