NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Ndala hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its annual financial statements ("AFS")
for the year ended 31 December 2023 and that the audit report relating to the AFS is unqualified.
Following a review by management of the related party disclosures during 2023, a restatement to the prior
year related party disclosures was considered necessary to include Nedbank Limited. This restatement had
no impact on any line items of the primary financial statements.
