ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE DELAY IN PUBLISHING THE AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024
Investors are advised that the Manager has not been able to release the audited annual financial
statements ("AFS") for the 10X AMETF portfolios for the year ended 31 December 2024 by 30 April
2024, as the audits are still ongoing. The AFS will be published no later than 31 May 2024. The FSCA
has approved an extension for the submission of the AFS and the JSE has been notified.
