MTN shareholders (Shareholders) are advised that MTN Nigeria held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)
on Tuesday, 30 April 2024. The EGM was convened to articulate MTN Nigeria's plan to address its negative net
asset position, as reported in the audited financial statements for the period ending 31 December 2023.
