Noteholders are hereby advised that Sentinel Finco's audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 29 February 2024 have been released. The annual financial statements of the issuer
have been audited by Moore Johannesburg Inc., who have issued an unqualified audit opinion.

The Issuer's Annual Financial Statements contain restatements for the year ended 28 February 2023
because of prior period errors on the recognition and measurement of loans receivable (note 8) and
incorrect classification of the preference shares issued (note 6.3 and 12). Refer to note 27 "Prior period
errors" for further details.
