SECONDARY LISTING ON A2X
SPAR is pleased to advise shareholders that the Company's ordinary shares will be admitted to trade
on the A2X exchange ("A2X"), as a secondary listing, with effect from Wednesday, 15 May 2024
("A2X listing date").
SPAR will retain its listing on the Main Board of the securities exchange operated by the JSE Limited
("JSE") and its JSE listing and issued share capital will be unaffected by the secondary listing on A2X.
From the A2X Listing Date, the Company's ordinary shares will be available for trade on both the JSE
and A2X.
A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue for companies and
is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and the Prudential Authority of the South African
Reserve Bank, in terms of the Financial Markets Act, No. 19 of 2012.
