ANNOUNCEMENT ON SENS OF THE DIVIDEND DECLARATION FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023
1. Reference is made to the consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2023 and dividend
declaration released on the SENS on 26 March 2024.
2. Shareholders are advised that the number of shares in issue at the date of the dividend declaration
was incorrectly stated as 151 362 777 and should have been 151 477 777.
