APPOINTMENT OF SHIRLEY HAYES AS EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
In compliance with 3.59(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Copper 360 is pleased to announce the immediate appointment
of Shirley Hayes as Executive Chairman. Until now, Shirley served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
The change comes as the commissioning of two plants at Copper 360's mining operations will demand significant focus from
the incumbent executive team.
Shirley has been mandated by the Board to oversee the capital requirements for the Rietberg mine and the concomitant
move into production at the works.
