Termination of Auditor Services
In compliance with paragraph 6.28 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are
herewith advised that Sentinel Finco has terminated the audit services of Moore Johannesburg Inc
with effect from 06 June 2024.
The termination is due to the books, records and operations of Sentinel Finco being maintained in
the Western Cape; the Issuer intends appointing an auditor based in the Western Cape and will
advise noteholders in due course, once the appointment has been finalised.
