AVAILABILITY OF THE COMPANY'S CLIMATE CHANGE REPORT
Metair shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the Group's integrated annual report for the year
ended 31 December 2023 published on SENS on Wednesday, 27 March 2024 wherein, inter alia,
Shareholders were advised that, in order to expand the Group's climate change reporting and
understanding of the impacts of climate change, as well as to meet investor requests for expanded
reporting, the Company was in the process of producing its first standalone Climate Change Report
aligned to the recommendations of the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company's Climate Change Report for the year ended
31 December 2023 has been finalised and is available on the Company's website via the following link:
