UPDATE REGARDING THE QUARTERLY FERROCHROME PRICE ANNOUNCEMENTS
Shareholders of Merafe are hereby advised that the quarterly European Ferrochrome Benchmark
("EUBM") price will be discontinued with effect from June 2024 and the Company will therefore no longer
publish the EUBM price on the Stock Exchange News Service.
