RETIREMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Ms Dumo Motau will retire as an independent non-executive director of Delta effective 1 June 2024.
The board of directors expresses its sincere gratitude to Ms Motau for her contribution during her tenure
and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
