GROWTHPOINT STATEMENT REGARDING POSSIBLE OFFERS FOR C&R
Growthpoint notes the announcement published on 23 May 2024 by Capital & Regional plc ("C&R"),
regarding the receipt by C&R of a non-binding indicative proposal from Vukile Property Fund Ltd and the
receipt by Growthpoint of a preliminary expression of interest from NewRiver REIT plc. Growthpoint owns
68.1% of the issued share capital of C&R.
