Change to the board of directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements shareholders are advised
of the following changes to the board of directors with effect from 23 May 2024:
• Johan (Joe) van Rensburg was appointed as executive director of Brikor;
• Schalk Burger has resigned as non-executive director of Brikor; and
• Corné Oberholzer has changed his designation from an alternative director to Schalk
Burger to a non-executive director of Brikor.
Joe has vast experience within mining sector and has been involved in mine management,
Safety Health Environment management and various training roles over the last 25 years. He
is currently the mine manager of Ilangabi Investments 12 (Pty) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Brikor.
The board of directors of Brikor welcomes Joe to the board of Brikor and wishes him success
in his new role and thanks Schalk for his invaluable role on the board.
