Further to the announcement published on SENS on 28 March 2024 regarding, inter alia, an agreement entered into by
Mr Hendrik Albertus Lourens for the purchase of 35 371 Quantum Foods ordinary shares ("Shares") at R9.00 per Share
("Purchase Price"), shareholders of Quantum Foods are hereby advised that on 24 May 2024, Mr Lourens and the
seller agreed to increase the Purchase Price to R10.00 per Share and subsequently implemented the purchase of
Shares on the same day, as follows:

Price per Share: R10.00
Total value: R353 710.00
