RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 5 February 2024, wherein
shareholders were informed that Nangamso ("Nan") Mankai stepped down as chairperson and
member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company with effect from 5 February 2024.
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and paragraph
6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company ("the Board")
wishes to advise that Nan has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the
Company, with effect from 12 June 2024.
The Board would like to thank Nan for her valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her
well in her future endeavours.
