CHANGES TO THE ESKOM BOARD
As advised by the shareholder, the Minister of Public Enterprises, on and effective 30 May
2024, in accordance with paragraph 6.39 (b) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised that Dr Rod Crompton, a non-executive board member of
Eskom, has decided to step down from this role at Eskom due to personal reasons.
The Minister of Public Enterprises wishes to thank Dr Crompton for his contribution at Eskom
and wishes him well.
