RESIGNATION OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS
In compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"),
shareholders are hereby advised that KPMG Inc. has resigned as external auditors of the Company with effect
from 28 May 2024. No reason for the resignation has been provided to the board of directors of Salungano
("the Board").
The resignation will not apply to the subsidiaries forming part of the Salungano group of companies until
completion of the statutory audits and issuing of the 31 March 2023 statutory audit reports for such entities.
The Board has commenced the process of appointing new auditors and will advise shareholders once such
appointment has been confirmed.
