SMALL RELATED PARTY ACQUISITION: ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 10 May 2024 (and using the terms
defined therein unless otherwise stated) wherein it was advised that the Company's wholly-owned
subsidiary, Novus Print Proprietary Limited ("Novus"), had entered into a small related party acquisition.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the parties to the Agreement have entered into an addendum to
the Agreement to extend the date of fulfilment of the Suspensive Conditions from 31 May 2024 to 30 June
2024 to allow for the finalisation thereof. Shareholders will be provided with an update in due course.
