CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders of Quantum Foods are
hereby advised that Ms Tanya Justine Annalene Golden has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from
31 May 2024, and has consequently stepped down as a member of the audit and risk committee as well as the social,
ethics and transformation committee.
The board of directors of Quantum Foods ("Board") thanks Ms Golden for her contribution to the Board during her tenure
and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
A further announcement regarding new appointments to the Board and changes to the affected Board committees, will
be published in due course.
