In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listing
Requirements, in respect to the Board of Directors of Amber
House Fund 2(RF) Limited, Noteholders are hereby advised of
the following board changes pertaining to the issuer.
• The resignation of Ms Bronwyn Bianca Williams as a non-
executive director of the Issuer, effective on 31 May
2024.
• The appointment of Mr Sikhumbuzo Charles Mthembu as a
non-executive director of the Issuer, effective on 01
June 2024.
The appointment is in compliance with the provisions of the
Companies Act and in conformity with its MOI.
