Withdrawal of Notice of Annual General Meeting and revised Notice of Annual
General Meeting
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 3 June
2024, informing shareholders that an Annual General Meeting of Huge
shareholders would be held on Wednesday, 3 July 2024. Shareholders are
advised that the board of directors of Huge Group has resolved to withdraw
the notice of Annual General Meeting, such that no Annual General Meeting
will be held on 3 July 2024.
The Company has issued a revised notice of an Annual General Meeting,
which will be held by electronic communication, on Thursday, 11 July 2024 at
11:00.
The last day to trade to be eligible to participate in and vote at the Annual
General meeting is Tuesday, 2 July 2024. The record date for voting purposes is
Friday, 5 July 2024.
