BOARD COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
In compliance with Paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings requirements, the Board of Capital Appreciation
is pleased to announce that Ms. Amanda Dambuza has been appointed as a member of the Social and Ethics
Committee and Investment Committee with effect from 12 June 2024.
The Board, with assistance from the Nominations Committee, has continued to ensure that the skills,
experience, composition and size of the Board and its committees remains relevant to the guidance required
for the implementation of the company's strategy and identified growth opportunities.
