NOTIFICATION OF FURTHER DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR
ENDED 29 FEBRUARY 2024
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 May 2024 and are hereby
advised of a further delay in the publication of Acsion's results for the year ended 29 February 2024
("Results"). The Company now anticipates that the Results will be published on or about 21 June 2024.
