CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Stephen Rowse has been
appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 1 August 2024.
Stephen is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also obtained a BSc. Agriculture. He has
over 20 years' experience which includes 15 years in the mining and metals industries as well
as exposure to the commercial and financial services sectors. He has broad listed company
expertise with a focus on the funding and development of bulk commodity mining businesses.
The Company confirms that the appointment was made in accordance with the Board
nomination policy. The Board welcomes Stephen and looks forward to his contribution to the
Company.
