SUSPENSION OF LISTING
On 25 June 2024 the above-mentioned company published a SENS announcement informing the
market that the audit preparation for the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December
2023 ("AFS") has been ongoing, and that the AFS are unlikely to be published by 30 June 2024 as
required by the AIM Rules. The company advised that pursuant to AIM Rule 19, the London Stock
Exchange will suspend trading in the company's shares with effect from 07h30 on 1 July 2024.
A critical element of a well-functioning market is the timeous preparation and distribution of financial
information to ensure that shareholders and investors have sufficient information to make informed
investment decisions.
The General Principles of the JSE Listings Requirements (the "Requirements") are aimed to ensure,
amongst others, that all parties involved in the dissemination of information into the marketplace,
whether to holders of relevant securities or to the public, observe the highest standards of care in
doing so and that the continuing obligations promote investor confidence. The timeous preparation
and distribution of financial information is important to achieve the objects of the Financial Markets
Act No.19 of 2012 (the "FMA") which, aims to ensure fair, efficient, and transparent markets and to
promote the protection of investors.
Accordingly, due to the failure of the company to comply with the Requirements by not publishing its
AFS timeously and because it promotes the objects of the FMA, the listing of the company's securities
has been suspended with immediate effect.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
