RESIGNATION AND NEW APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited ("Listing Requirements"),
the board of directors of Cilo Cybin ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr. HB Aucamp (73)
has resigned as Financial Director of Cilo Cybin with effect from 1 August 2024. The Board acknowledges
Mr. Aucamp's valued contribution to the Company.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that the Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Reshoketswe Maggy Ledwaba CA(SA) with
effect from 1 August 2024. Ms. Ledwaba (35) is currently employed as financial manager of House Brand
Schools, a division at AdvTech, and was also the acting Chief Financial Officer from 1 February 2024 to
30 April 2024.
The Board is satisfied that Ms. Ledwaba has the necessary knowledge, as well as the qualifications, expertise
and experience to fulfil the role of Financial Director effectively.
The Board congratulates Ms. Ledwaba on her appointment and looks forward to his further contribution to
the Company in this role.
