NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS OF A MANIFEST ERROR IN THE FRC520 AND FRC521
APPLICABLE PRICING SUPPLEMENTS
FRB hereby gives notice to the FRC520 and FRC521 noteholders, in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the note programme, as amended from time to time, and in accordance with paragraph
6.56(a) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, of the following manifest error in each of the
relevant applicable pricing supplements (APS):
- Reference to "bond notional amounts" under line item (r) under "floating payment" and line item
c) under "terms relating to cash settlement" have been amended to R 81 656 339.00 and R 90 508 331.00,
respectively; and
- Reference to "cash settlement amount" under line item (e) under "terms relating to cash
settlement" has been amended to floating rate payer calculation amount x final price.
