RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR
In terms of section 3.59b of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that, due to growing demands for his time and his
extensive commercial commitments, Dr. A.D.T Enthoven has tendered his
resignation as a Non-executive Director of the Company as well as Clientèle
Life Assurance Company Limited with effect from 02 July 2024.
Consequently and also with effect from 02 July 2024, the Group has appointed
Mr. Gavin K. Chadwick, who is currently serving on the Company's Board of
Directors as Dr. Enthoven's alternate director, as a Non-executive Director of
the Company and a member of the Group Nominations Committee and Group
Remuneration Committee.
The Company would like express its gratitude to Dr. Enthoven for his valuable
contribution to the Group over the past several years and for the pivotal role
that he has played in the growth and success of the Group and wishes him all
the best in his future endeavours.
