CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

Shareholders are referred to the two announcements released on SENS dated 28 November 2023 and
29 April 2024, wherein it was advised that, pursuant to the retirement of Mr Etienne Prowse as the Chief
Financial Officer of the Company, Mr Hanré Bester had been appointed in his stead with effect from
1 July 2024.

This announcement serves to confirm that Hanré has also been appointed as a member of the IT
Governance Committee and Investment Committee of Cashbuild, with effect from 1 July 2024, both
appointments being in Etienne's stead.
