SUSPENSION OF LISTING
The Company refers to the announcement released by the JSE yesterday regarding the
suspension of the listing of its securities due to inability to meet the required deadline to publish
its audited annual financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2024 ("FY24 AFS").
The Company had unsuccessfully appealed to the JSE seeking an extension of time within
which to file the FY24 AFS and the annual report (including the notice of AGM) for the year
ended 29 February 2024 ("Annual Report"), and requesting that it hold off on suspending
Afdawn's listing. Consequently, investors cannot trade the shares of the Company during this
period.
Afdawn expects to release the FY24 AFS by no later than 31 July 2024 and to distribute the
Annual Report by no later than 30 August 2024.
Further updates will be communicated to the market as may be required.
