BOARD COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSONS
In terms of section 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that on
23 July 2024:
• Ms Zee Cele has been appointed as chairperson of the Human Resources Committee of the board,
and;
• Mr Gert Gouws has been appointed as chairperson of the Social and Ethics Committee of the board.
Both Ms Cele and Mr Gouws have appropriate experience as directors of the Company and will assist in
effective alignment and integration of the work of the board committees.
The appointments were necessary to fill vacancies that arose when the previous directors (chairpersons of
these committees) did not make themselves available for re-election to the board.
