FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
SPAR shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the cautionary announcement published
on SENS on Wednesday, 12 June 2024, wherein Shareholders were advised that the Group
had signed key salient terms with a third party in respect of the disposal of the Group's interests
in SPAR Poland ("Disposal").
Shareholders are hereby advised that the ongoing negotiations of the terms and conditions of
the Disposal are at an advanced stage and, if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of the Company's securities. Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to
continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a full announcement
in relation to the terms of the Disposal is published on SENS.
