Shareholders are referred to Acsion's reviewed condensed consolidated financial results for the year ended
29 February 2024 ("Reviewed Results") released on SENS and published on the Company's website on
12 July 2024 and are advised of the following correction to the 2024 headline earnings per share figure
disclosed therein:
