INTERIM AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN APPOINTMENT
In terms of Paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the Board of Directors ("the Board") informs
shareholders that Mr. Penuell Cornwell Sibusiso Luthuli (Sbu) has
been appointed as interim Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of
Mpact, effective 24 July 2024. The Board will communicate to
shareholders as soon as a permanent appointment has been made.
Sbu joined Mpact as an Independent Non-executive Director in
December 2018 and has been a member of the Audit and Risk
Committee since joining. He is also a Trustee of the Mpact Share
Incentive Scheme and the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
