NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MWAR hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its Audited Annual Financial
Statements ("AFS") for the year ended 31 March 2024 and that the audit report relating to the AFS is
unqualified. The external auditor has issued an unqualified opinion.

During the period, the directors reassessed the classification between current and non-current for the
capital portion of the listed notes issued. Previously the capital portion of the listed notes in issue were
classified between current and non-current liabilities, based on the scheduled maturity date. This has now
been restated as non-current, based on the final redemption date. The restatement affects only the
current and non-current liabilities in the Statement of Financial Position and has no impact on the
previously published equity position, nor the previously published cash flows. Details are provided in note
10.1 of the audited annual financial statements.
