AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTOR
Further to the SENS announcement released on 12 June 2024, noteholders are advised that the annual
financial statements of Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., being the guarantor to the Issuer's R
10 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, for the year ended 31 March 2024 (the "Guarantor's
financial statements") will be available through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person
requesting inspection.
The Guarantor's financial statements will also be available on the Issuer's website at
https://www.toyota.co.za/financial-services/corporate-affairs.
Noteholders are also advised that the audit reports on the Guarantor's financial statements were unqualified,
with no modifications applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise noteholders that there have been no restatement(s) to the
previously published annual financial statements of the Guarantor for the year ended 31 March 2023.
