APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 May 2024, advising shareholders,
inter alia, that the Company expected to announce the appointment of a permanent company secretary on
or about 1 August 2024.
Accordingly, in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of the Company
("the Board") is pleased to announce that Ms Charissa de Jager ("Charissa") has been appointed as the
permanent company secretary of Adcorp with effect from today, 1 August 2024.
Charissa holds B.Proc and LLB degrees and is an admitted attorney of the High Court. She has over 20
years experience in corporate law, corporate governance and company secretarial work.
The Board welcomes Charissa and looks forward to her contributions to the Company.
