FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 18 July 2024. The
announcement referred to the declaration of a special dividend subject to Exchange Control
approval. RMH is now able to confirm that Exchange Control approval has been granted and the
payment of the special dividend will proceed.
Shareholders' attention is drawn to the following important dates:
Last day to trade in order to participate in this special dividend Tuesday, 27 August 2024
Shares commence trading ex-dividend on Wednesday, 28 August 2024
Record date Friday, 30 August 2024
Special dividend payment date Monday, 2 September 2024
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates may occur between Wednesday,
28 August 2024 and Friday, 30 August 2024 (both days inclusive).
