APPOINTMENT OF THE INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Shareholders are hereby advised that Mrs Lihle Mbele ("Mrs Mbele"), a chartered accountant and the
current Group Head of Finance, has been appointed as the interim Chief Financial Officer ("Interim
CFO") of Ascendis with effect from 30 July 2024.
The Audit & Risk Committee has confirmed that Mrs Mbele is suitably qualified and has the appropriate
experience and expertise to assume the role and responsibility of Interim CFO.
The board congratulates Mrs Mbele and looks forward to her contribution as Interim CFO.
