RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Altovise 'Tovi' Ellis has tendered her resignation as Omnia's company secretary on
6 August 2024. The Board thanks Tovi for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
Tovi will remain with the Company until a suitable replacement has been identified.
The process of appointing a new company secretary will commence and a further announcement in this regard will be
released in due course.
