NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN JOINT EXTERNAL AUDITORS
As disclosed in the Bank's annual report which availability was published on SENS on 24 June 2024, Investec wishes to remind
noteholders that:
• Following conclusion of the shadow period, Deloitte & Touche (Deloitte) is appointed as one of the joint external auditors
effective 08 August 2024. Deloitte replaces Ernst & Young Incorporated.
In terms of the Banks Act No. 94 of 1990, Investec is required to appoint joint auditors. Accordingly, PwC Inc and Deloitte shall
be joint external auditors for the financial year ending 31 March 2025.
The aforementioned changes were approved by the ordinary shareholder at the annual general meeting held on 08 August 2024.
