APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS
In accordance with paragraph 6.28 of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised of the appointment of the external audit firm pursuant to the Report of the Liberty Audit and
Actuarial Committee published for the year-ended 31 December 2023. Ernst & Young Inc. ("EY") has
been selected to replace PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") as the company's external auditors, subject to
regulatory and shareholder approval. Liberty Noteholders are informed that regulatory approval has been
received for the appointment of EY with effect from 1 January 2024 and the resignation of PwC will be
with effect from the same date.
The appointment of EY was approved by the shareholder at the company's AGM on 6 June 2024.
