NOTIFICATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION DATE
BIH hereby notifies bondholders of the R3 000 000 000 6% Senior Unsecured Exchangeable Bonds
with a principal amount of R750 each due 2027 (the "Exchangeable Bonds") that the Implementation
Date is Tuesday, 13 August 2024.
Defined words and expressions contained in this announcement will bear the same meanings as in the
Terms and Conditions of the Exchangeable Bonds.
