NOTIFICATION OF PASSING OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
Board of Directors sadly announces the untimely passing of Ms Zanele Mbokazi-
Nkambule due to illness on 12 August 2024. Zanele was an independent non-
executive director of Visual.
The Board expresses its sincere condolences to Zanele's family, associates and friends
in this difficult time.
