RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Ms. Matseliso Madhlophe has
resigned as the Insimbi's company secretary, with effect from Thursday, 31 October 2024.
The process of appointing a new company secretary will commence and a further
announcement in this regard will be released in due course.
The Board would like to thank Ms. Madhlophe for her valuable contribution to the Company
and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
