RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SPAR shareholders
("Shareholders") are hereby advised that Ms Shana Ashokumar has resigned as the Group company
secretary, with effect from 31 August 2024.
The board of directors of the Company would like to thank Ms Ashokumar for her valuable contribution
to the Company during her tenure and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of a new Group company secretary in due course.
